Thomas Edison is an American inventor who was born on February 11, 1847.He was the first man to invent a bulb.
His success story has taught a lot on never to give up; Thomas tried 2,000 different materials look for a filament for the light bulb.
He tried severally and none of them worked satisfactorily, his assistant couldn’t bear it anymore, so he complained, “All our work is wasted, it all in vain.
We have learned nothing.” Thomas Edison replied very confidently, “Oh no, we can’t give up now, we have put in a lot of time, resources and energy into this, and guess what, we have learned a lot.
We now have the knowledge that we have two thousand elements which we can’t use to make a good light bulb.”
No matter how add you tried, you just need to keep your head high, focus and learn from your mistakes, do what you have to do and don’t ever allow people to talk you out of what you are doing.
